Born out of social isolation in the middle of a pandemic, Riding Northbound is a new musical collaboration between artists John McNamara (The McNaMarr Project), Shaun Klinger and Chris Rourke (Rhythm X Revival, Artist Proof).

Having found himself with a calendar full of cancelled gigs at the start of Melbourne’s first pandemic lockdown, Chris decided to make use of his free time and began producing new music.

Enlisting the help of John McNamara on vocals, Shaun Klinger on guitar and Mark Degiorgio on drums, Chris and the boys have put together a ripping new Blues/Rock track titled:

‘Riding Northbound’

This song is high energy from start to finish. It features ‘Paul Rogers’ style vocals, ZZ Top inspired riffs and a blistering guitar solo that will reach out of your speakers and slap you in the face.

Is this a one-time-only release and collaboration between the lads? Maybe. You’ll have to wait and see…
